There has been 18 mass shootings in schools just from the year of 2018 . This is starting to become a serious issue it's only the start of 2018.This is making students feel unsafe.School is supposed to be a place where everyone feels safe secure .

This hasn't been the case for a while. There's been a tremendous amount of threats. This is going to make the students not want to come to school.it also makes parents not want them to go.You would think that when a parent sends their child to school you know they are in a safe place but no this isn't the case anymore.

The florida shooting really impacted a lot of us.It makes you want to take a stand and stop it immediately.On march 4th 2018 from 10:00am -10:17am Crete monee students want to take a stand and walk out the building in silence.The purpose of this is to show support and honor the 17 students and staff that lost their lives in the shooting.They would like students to wear orange and black and go to the circle outside and link arms.This will at least show the florida our support.

Donald trump believes that he should allow teachers having gun for a situation like this.Although it may not be the safest thing to do. A student could possibly use it and try and get a hand of the gun for a joke and it may turn into a bad situation.Another thing that can happen is the teacher may not be the most reliable.The teacher could use that weapon for the wrong reasons. I think that Donald Trump will just make things worse

In conclusion school shooting is a big problem today and we should try and do something about it or at least try and make a difference.
